By accessing and using Reportin IT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Reportin IT provides automated work reporting services for developers. We aggregate data from your connected developer tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear) to generate professional reports.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect the terms of service of integrated third-party platforms
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access data unauthorized

Subscription and Billing

Reportin IT offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan. Fees are billed monthly and may be subject to change with notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Reportin IT, including your reports and integrated tool data. We use your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or modify the service for maintenance or updates.

Limitation of Liability

Reportin IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reportin IT operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
